3 oz Bushmills Red Bush
4 Dashes The Bitter Truth NUT Drops and Dashes (can be replaced with Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters)
1 Sugar Cube
In a mixing glass add 1 cube sugar and 2 dashes of The Bitter Truth NUT Drops and Dashes and touch of soda
Press all with muddler
Add Red Bush and stir
Pour into a martini coup with no ice
Garnish with orange peel
The Thin Lizzy
Sherry casks have given Bushmills Black Bush an unmatched uniqueness. Pairing the Irish whiskey with hazelnut liqueur makes for a devilish and delicious combination. This cocktail has the energy and appeal of a rock star, Hence the name, Thin Lizzy … the best Irish rock ‘n’ roll band of all time.
2 oz. Bushmills Black Bush
.5 oz Hazelnut liqueur
.5 oz Amaretto
Combine all the ingredients and stir
Pour into tumbler over one big ice cube
Garnish flamed orange peel and brandied cherry (or maraschino cherry)

The Belfast Bramble is a simple serve that packs a punch using just three quality ingredients. Named after our dear city on the North Coast of Ireland, this cocktail leans on Bushmills Original, our flagship, triple-distilled blend as the star of the show.
2 oz Bushmills Original
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz cane sugar syrup
Garnish: 1 bar spoon of your favorite berry-flavored jam
Combine all the ingredients
Double strain into a crystal rocks glass
Serve over ice
Garnish with bar spoon of jam
